By accessing or using the NextSportz App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App.

2. Purpose of the App

NextSportz provides a platform for:

• Sports tournament management
• Player and team registration
• Performance tracking and rankings
• Verification and eligibility systems
• Sports community engagement

3. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 13 years old
• Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent where applicable
• Teams and organizations must provide accurate registration information

4. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and providing accurate information. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the system
• Exploit bugs or manipulate rankings

Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mammobyte Tech Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for injuries occurring during sports activities, disputes between users or teams, or technical interruptions and data loss.
