We value your privacy. If you wish to permanently remove your account and associated data from the NextSportz platform, please use the options below.
In-App Method
The fastest way to delete your data is directly through the NextSportz mobile application.
- 1. Open NextSportz App
- 2. Go to Profile tab
- 3. Tap on Settings (Gear Icon)
- 4. Select Account Settings
- 5. Tap Delete Account and confirm
Web Request
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you can submit a deletion request via email.
Send an email to:
support@nextsportz.comPlease include your registered Email Address and Full Name so we can verify your identity.
What happens next?
Data to be Deleted
Upon your request, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Personal Profile Details
- Futsal & Venue Booking History
- Tournament Participation Data
- Social Connections & Teams
Retention & Timeline
Your account will be deactivated immediately. Complete deletion from our active servers takes up to 30 days.
Note: Some anonymized transaction data may be retained for legal and financial compliance as required by local regulations.
